<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extracting device that surely and smoothly extracts a roller body by short claws that are easily insertable also into a narrow space below the roller body. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The extracting device includes: a plurality of arm rods 62 each having a claw 64, inserted into a space below the lower face of a roller body 52 and inwardly facing each other, at each tip; a screw rod 71 whose tip is brought into contact with the upper face of a rotational-drive shaft 51 while inserting the claws 64 of the arm rods 62 into the space below the lower face of the roller body 52; and a backing plate 75 that is inserted between the claws 64 of the arm rods 62 and the lower face of the roller body 52. The arm rod 62 includes a screwing-insertion part 63 wherein the distance in-between the claws 64 is relatively changed by allowing the screw rod 71 to be screwed thereinto. The backing plate 75 includes an elongate hole 77 extending from the outer peripheral part to the central part, a thickness that allows the backing plate to be inserted between the claws 64 of the arm rod 62 and the lower face of the roller body 52, and an outer diameter that allows the claws 64 of the arm rods 62 to be locked by the lower face of the roller body 52.
