PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric compressor, capable of surely improving lubricating property. SOLUTION: A refrigerant inflow passage 40A extending from a motor part 20 side to a revolving scroll 32 side is formed in a spindle holder 11B, so that refrigerant blown out of an outlet port 40b of the refrigerant inflow passage 40A is brown toward a drive bearing 36.
