<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an organic electronic element, which has a high-conductivity electrode on a plastic substrate and also has high productivity and high conversion efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: This invention relates to: the method of manufacturing the organic electronic element which has a transparent electrode, a counter electrode, and at least one organic layer between them, at least one electrode being formed in the following two steps; the organic electronic element; an organic photoelectric conversion element; and an organic electroluminescent device. The steps include: (1) forming a coating layer comprising conductive particles and a dispersion stabilizer by applying and drying conductive paste comprising the conductive particles, the dispersion stabilizer, and a solvent; and (2) removing the dispersion stabilizer by processing the coating layer with an excited discharge gas generated by introducing a gas into a discharge space under atmospheric pressure or pressure close to the atmospheric pressure and exciting it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
