<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for isolating and using genus Neisseria ORF2086 proteins. <P>SOLUTION: A crossreactive immunogenic antigen isolates protein providing immunogenicity from neisserial strains against the infection by Neisseria meningitides serogroup B in a relevant subject. Besides, the protein is usable in immunogenic portions thereof, biological equivalents thereof, antibodies that immunospecifically bind thereto and nucleic acid sequences encoding each of the proteins, as well as immunogenic compositions that are effective against infection by Neisseria meningitidis serogroup B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
