PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin foam excellent in strength, flexibility, cushioning property, strain recovery, and the like, in particular, having reduced shrinkage of a cellular structure by restoring force of the resin. SOLUTION: The crosslinked resin foam is obtained by heating a resin composition including an elastomer, an active energy ray-curable compound, and a thermal crosslinking agent, to form a crosslinked structure by means of a thermal crosslinking agent. The resin composition has a strain hardening indexα, calculated from uniaxial elongation viscosity at the temperature during a foam molding and at a rate of 0.1 [1/s], of 0.5-1.5, elongation viscosityηat 2.5 seconds after uniaxial elongation of 26,000-600,000 [Pa s], and a strainεof 1.3-3. Thus obtained crosslinked structure-containing resin composition is subjected to foam molding to obtain a foamed structure. The foamed structure is irradiated with an active energy ray to form a crosslinked structure by means of the active energy ray curable compound. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
