<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine having excellent amusement attracting a game player's interest. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An effective sound synthesizing output device 100 synchronizes and synthesizes a first melody ML1 of sinusoidal waves with a second melody ML2 of rectangular waves which is at least part of the first melody ML1 to generate and output an effective sound K. Such an effective sound K has an intermediate and clear sound, that is, sound making an impression as a clear sound while leaving an impression as a pure sound. Therefore, the game player can hear the effective sound K purely and clearly even in an noise environment of a game hall, so that the game presentation can be made further interesting by the effective sound K, whereby the amusement can be further improved and the game machine having excellent amusement attracting the game player's interest can be provided.
