PURPOSE: A rear suspension system for vehicles is provided to enhance the ride comfort by controlling the lateral force of a rear axle housing in cornering by firmly fixing a lower control arm to a vehicle body by fixing both ends of a leaf spring to each lower control arm. CONSTITUTION: A rear suspension system for vehicles comprises a pair of lower control arms(20) and a leaf spring(40) of a bow type. The lower control arms are arranged on both sides of a rear axle housing(10). Both ends of the leaf spring are fixed to the upper part of the lower control arms and the middle part of the leaf spring is fixed to the lower part of a vehicle body(30). The leaf spring is formed by laminating a plurality of plates. A shock absorber(50) is further arranged between the rear of the lower control arm and the vehicle body.
