PURPOSE: A polyethylene double panel water tank and a construction method of the same are provided to obtain tensile strength stronger than the tank of a conventional synthetic resin tank and excellent durability and to easily construct the tank without a sealing tape. CONSTITUTION: A polyethylene double panel water tank is fixed to a frame(10) which is included on the upper end of base concrete; a water tank in which each panel(20) is fabricated; filler(23) which is included on an inner groove of a side plate and keep a temperature and strength; and a polyethylene single panel sheet(30) which is installed on the inner side of the each panel and prevent the separation of the filler.
