The magnetic material constituting a magnetic portion is a ferrite mainly containing 31-42 mol % of NiO, 2-10 mol % of ZnO, 43-48 mol % of Fe2O3, 0.5-3 mol % of Co3O4, and 10-14 mol % of CuO. The dielectric material constituting a dielectric portion is mainly composed of xBaO.y1Nd2O3.y2Bi2O3.zTiO2 wherein 0.09≦̸x≦̸0.25, 0.05≦̸y1≦̸0.20, 0<y2≦̸0.10 and 0.60≦̸z≦̸0.75. The dielectric material constituting a joint portion is a BaO—TiO2—ZnO dielectric material.
