A method for treatment of chronic purulent middle otitis with cholesteatoma comprises the surgical sanitation of cholesteatoma focus. The aprotinine solution is administered intraoperationally into the operational cavity. Then in the postoperative period aprotinine solution is administered. Additionally interferon or lafeon are administered. |
