PURPOSE: A rainwater inflowing prevention open type ventilation window is open a window in rain by increasing ventilation efficiency and adding excellent water inflow preventing effect. CONSTITUTION: A rainwater inflowing prevention open type ventilation window comprises an upper canopy(100), a lower canopy(200), an upper gutter(110) and a lower buffer plate(220). The upper canopy is installed to cross an open surface(11) top end part of the outside wall of a building. The lower canopy is located to lower part of the upper canopy and is installed to cross the open surface of the outside wall of the building. The upper gutter is installed to cross the one side of the upper canopy. The upper gutter collects the rainwater flowed along the upper side of the upper canopy. The lower buffer plate is attached to the upper side of the lower part canopy.
