<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a plurality of times of reproduction of an identical content even when content information appears in a content information list in duplication, in terms of the notation thereof and the way of reading. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A content information group already reproduced is managed in a reproduction table. On completion of reproducing one content information group, a controller 2 identifies next content information by referring to the content information list. When reproduction of the content information group having the above content information is to be made, the controller 2 decides whether the content information group concerned has already been reproduced, by referring to the content of the reproduction table.
