PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box for controlling breakage during transportation and display, for improving workability during display and for improving an exterior appearance during display. SOLUTION: This packaging box 1 includes a body 20, the first cover 10 and the second cover 17. The body 20 is shaped into an angled tube and stores an item inside. The first cover 10 and the second cover 17 freely rotate between a closing position for covering and an open position for opening the top end face of the part 20. The tip of the cover 17 is thoroughly formed with an engaging groove 19 and the neighborhood of the first side edge 20a is protrusively formed with an engaging tab 15. When the cover 10 is at the close position and the cover 17 is at the close position covering the cover 10, the tab 15 is freely removably inserted in the groove 19. The cover 10 includes a hanging part 21 and an insertion hole 22.
