PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change time intervals of moving image frames displayed on a display screen, by an easy operation. SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes: a moving image frame selection means which selects a moving image frame on the basis of user's input through the display screen including a moving image frame image string wherein a plurality of moving image frames are arranged in time series; a distance calculation means which calculates a distance between input positions relating to the user's input when two moving image frames are selected by the moving image frame selection means; and a time interval calculation means which, in response to the change of the distance, calculates time intervals at which moving image frames should be extracted from moving image data, on the basis of the distance between input positions relating to the user's input, which is calculated by the distance calculation means.
