PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuously variable transmission device capable of improving responsiveness of shifting operation and capable of reducing a use amount of oil. SOLUTION: The continuously variable transmission device 1 includes a continuously variable transmission 2 having a primary sheave 4 and a secondary sheave 5, and a hydraulic control circuit 3 for controlling a speed ratio of the continuously variable transmission 2 with the usage of the oil. The hydraulic control circuit 3 includes a hydraulic pump 10 sucking and delivering the oil from a tank 9, hermetic opening and closing valves 14 and 16 connected between the hydraulic pump 10 and the tank 9 and a hydraulic cylinder 7 of the primary sheave 4, and hermetic opening and closing valves 17 and 19 connected between the hydraulic pump 10 and the tank 9 and a hydraulic cylinder 8 of the secondary sheave 5.
