摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving method of an organic electroluminescence emission part capable of reducing the degree of shifting the characteristic of a driving transistor to the enhancement side by change with time. <P>SOLUTION: This driving method of the organic electroluminescence emission part using a driving circuit including a writing transistor, the driving transistor, and a capacity part includes a process wherein a potential of a second node is set by applying a predetermined intermediate voltage to the second node so that a potential difference between the second node and a cathode electrode included in the organic electroluminescence emission part does not exceed a threshold voltage of the organic electroluminescence emission part, and then the driving transistor is held in the OFF-state, while a drive voltage is applied from a power supply part to one source/drain region of the driving transistor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
