PURPOSE: A composition for decomposition of biogenic amine in marine products is provided to conveniently and simply guide decomposition of biogenic amine including Leifsonia xyli, Pseudomonas fluorescence, and Psychrobacter articus. CONSTITUTION: A composition for decomposition of biogenic amine in marine products includes Leifsonia xyli, Pseudomonas fluorescence, and Psychrobacter articus as a beneficial component. The biogenic amine is tyramine, histamine, putrescine, cadaverine, spermine, spermidine, agmatine and a mixture thereof. The enzyme is amine oxidase. The marine products are fish, shellfish, or cypridina. |
