PURPOSE: A remote control apparatus for a mobile device and a method thereof are provided to remotely control the other mobile device in the mobile device. CONSTITUTION: A host mobile device(200) is remotely controlled. A CTN(Cellular Telephone Number) matching server(300) matches CTNs of a guest mobile device and the host mobile device. A remote control server(400) collects the information of the host mobile device and performs parsing. The remote control server transfers the parsed information to the guest mobile device. The remote control server transfers the remote control signal received from the guest mobile device to the host mobile device.
