The connecting element (10) has an elastic supporting element (32) for supporting a base body (24) at a supporting section (22). The supporting element is connected to a fastening element (12) i.e. T-bolt. The supporting element is designed such that a bearing section (28) is brought in contact with a collar section (18) in a fixed condition of the fastening element. The bearing section is formed by an elastic bearing element (30) for mechanically damping the base body with respect to the fastening element. The supporting and bearing elements are formed from thermo plastic elastomer.
