<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system and a power management method of a fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system includes a measuring part measuring a current value output from the fuel cell, a control part controlling a current output of the fuel cell by adjusting a target voltage value of the fuel cell from a difference between the measured current value and a target constant current value, and a converter changing a voltage output from the fuel cell into a voltage controlled by the control part.
