ARTICLE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN PLANT USING RFID READER AND RFID TAG

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article management system in a plant using an RFID reader which can provide an appropriate noise countermeasure to a communication wave output from the RFID reader and an RFID tag to which that kind of the RFID reader is applied.

SOLUTION: The RFID reader main part 10A includes: a start/stop signal generation part 61A which can set communication start/end time variable according to the operation of a rise/fall time setting dial 21; and an attenuator 65 which can set amplitude of a carrier wave variable according to the operation of an amplitude setting dial 22. An adder 63 performs addition of transmission data S3 and a generation start/stop signal S2, and the output is mixed with a carrier wave S4 output from a carrier oscillator 62 by a mixer 64. The output passes the attenuator 65, is amplified with a power amplifier 66 to become the output S5, passes a circulator 67 through an antenna 28 and is transmitted to the RFID tag.
