PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that high-accuracy measurement can not be performed especially in a high-frequency band, if an impedance measurement value of a circuit/wiring board contains a parasitic impedance of a measurement system, or if an external ground which makes calibration and correction difficult is used. Ž
SOLUTION: In a circuit/wiring board designed so as to suppress coupling and interference among a plurality of power sources, pairs of different power sources whose mutual impedances are so small as to be ignorable as compared with a ground impedance exist. The sum of a minimum mutual impedance and the ground impedance is measured, and by regarding this sum as an excellent approximate value of the ground impedance, impedances of all the power sources are found. Moreover, the accuracy of a model or an equivalent circuit acquired from there can be enhanced. Ž
COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT Ž
