PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to increase luminous efficiency by connecting a plurality of light emitting diodes in series or parallel. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting device comprises a plurality of light emitting units(410,420). A plurality of light emitting units includes a first terminal, a second terminal, a third terminal, and a fourth terminal. Light emitting device arrays are connected between the first and second terminals in parallel in a forward direction. The third terminal is arranged between the light emitting devices of any one light emitting device array among the light emitting device arrays. The fourth terminal is arranged between the light emitting devices of another light emitting array among the light emitting device arrays. A plurality of light emitting units is serially connected between DC power sources.
