PURPOSE: A cover top and a washing machine including the same are provided to save washing water by uniformly supplying to laundry stuck on the inner wall of a washing tub by rotating the washing tub. CONSTITUTION: A washing machine comprises a washing tub, a water supply device(15) which supplies water to the washing tub, and a detergent supplying device which supplies detergent to the washing tub and comprises a detergent container(41) and a detergent container receiving part(42). A guide hole(44) is formed in the detergent container receiving part and is formed in the bottom surface of the detergent container receiving part. The detergent container is accepted in the detergent container receiving part. The detergent container receiving part drops the water provided from the water supply device to the washing tub inside.
