PURPOSE: A bus bar temperature detection apparatus using an infrared ray temperature sensor is provided to measure the temperature of a bus bar with being scanned by the infrared ray temperature sensor and to inform user the heat generation status of the bus bar by a wireless communication. CONSTITUTION: A bus bar temperature detection apparatus using an infrared ray temperature sensor comprises a bus bar(100) which is fixed and coupled into a dual and is arranged on the inner side of the cabinet by a bolt(110); an infrared sensor(200); a linear motor which includes a stator, a movable element(320) which is coupled to the guide and slides, a cable which is flowed to the stator inside, a cable chain which is formed into hollow shape in order to connect to the coil unit by passing through the cable, an infrared ray sensor which senses the temperature of the bus bar, and a controller(340) which moves the movable element of the linear motor to the horizontal direction and figures out the location information of the bus bar by calculating the moving distance of the infrared sensor; a temperature collecting indicator(400) which wirelessly communicates with collecting the temperature data about each bus bar; and a general control unit(500) which alarms or shuts off the power source of the bus bar, if the temperature of the bus bar is detected to the same or over the standard temperature.
