FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of producing thionylamide cyan-anhydride of methylphosphonic acid of formula CH3P(O)(CN)N=S=O, which can be used as a semi-finished product in organophosphorus synthesis.
