FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: facility consists of cylinder case with internal running path wherein two balls are running, of driven shaft mounted perpendicular to case axis, and of carrier made in form of rod with ball bearings on ends. Also balls are separated one from another with the carrier of the driven shaft. Ratio of diametre of the ball and an external cartridge of the ball bearing of the carrier is 2:1. ^ EFFECT: each ball creates its spectre of frequencies and amplitudes, while interaction of balls oscillations results in expanding values of summary frequency and amplitude of excited oscillations. ^ 2 dwg
