PURPOSE: A buried barricade capable of controlling rise in emergency and a control method thereof are provided to urgently raise a barricade according to emergency switch approval when an unauthorized vehicle enters into an exclusion area boundary without notice. CONSTITUTION: A buried barricade(1) capable of controlling rise in emergency comprises a first hydraulic pump(4) and a second hydraulic pump(6). The first hydraulic pump operates according to ON signals of a normal switch(2). The first hydraulic pump provides working oil stored in a hydraulic tank(8) through a normal hydraulic line(13). The second hydraulic pump operates in emergency. The second hydraulic pump raises a blocking film at high speed through an emergency hydraulic line(14).
