PURPOSE: A bicycle parking device is provided to prevent shock from being applied to a bicycle when the bicycle is parked by absorbing shock using a cushion member. CONSTITUTION: A bicycle parking device comprises a pallet(40), a parking frame(10), and a hanging device. The front top of the pallet is supported by a supporter(47). A handle bar(53) and a handle(54) of a bicycle(50) are placed on the top of the pallet. A mounting bar(46) is formed in the pallet to fix the bicycle. The parking frame transfers the pallet to a pre-set first position and put down the pallet to a pre-set second position. The hanging device places the pallet on the top of the parking frame or put down the pallet. |
