PURPOSE: A system for pretreating collected blood for measuring blood concentration is provided to quickly and automatically treat and to prevent infection by bacteria in blood. CONSTITUTION: A system(100) for pretreating collected blood for measuring blood concentration comprises: a system main body(110) of plate form; a hollow vertical unit(120) which is extended upward; a guide unit(130) which is formed on the upper side of the system main body in parallel; a moving unit(160) which is movably mounted along the guide unit; a nozzle(170) which receives blood with a vial container; a holding unit(180) which holds the blood container, vial container, and cap; a washing unit(190) for washing the nozzle; and a pumping unit(140) which generates inhalation force by pumping the blood.
