PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of preventing the occurrence of image defects such as unevenness in density, roughness, fogging or the like and forming images always stably even when forming a large number of images of a high printing ratio or low printing ratio continuously. SOLUTION: This image forming device is provided with an electromagnet for drawing up developer into a developing roller to control a driving current value of the electromagnet based on the information of obtained images, thereby controlling amount of developer to be drawn up and stress to be applied on the developer.
