PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch release bearing device reduced in manufacturing cost and enabling downsizing of a clutch device, because of fewer parts mounted therein. SOLUTION: The clutch release bearing device is equipped with: a first retaining member 40 wherein outer rings 22, 32 of a small diameter clutch release bearing 20 and a large diameter clutch release bearing 30 are formed of magnetic material, and which is axially slidably fitted on an outer circumference of a sleeve 11 comprising a guide shaft, and has a magnet 44; and a second holding member 50 axially slidably fitted on an outer circumference of the first retaining member 40 and having a magnet 54. The small diameter clutch release bearing 20 is movably held in the radial direction with respect to the first retaining member 40 by attraction of its outer ring 22 by magnetic force of the magnet 44 of the first retaining member 40, and the large diameter clutch release bearing 30 is movably held in the radial direction with respect to the second retaining member 50 by attraction of its outer ring 32 by magnetic force of the magnet 54 of the second holding member 50.
