PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan device allowing simple, easy and sure attachment and detachment of a fan and a rotary shaft without using tools. SOLUTION: The fan device 1 includes the rotary shaft 10, a fan 8 detachably attached to the rotary shaft, and a rotary shaft attachment and detachment device 12 provided on the fan and attachably and detachably retaining the rotary shaft. The rotary shaft attachment and detachment device includes an operation lever member 18 provided slidably in a perpendicular direction to the rotary shaft and having a roughly egg shape insertion hole 18d into which the rotary shaft is inserted formed thereon, and an energizing member 20 abutting on the operation lever member and energizing the operation lever in a direction energizing and locking the rotary shaft into the insertion hole when the rotary shaft is inserted in the insertion hole of the operation lever member.
