<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information storage medium that can record and reproduce digital animation information; and to provide an information reproduction method, an information recording method and an information reproduction device which utilize the medium. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the information storage medium, an AV file, cell time information and PGC information are recorded in respective regions different from each other. The cell time information includes a time code table relating to a video object. The same place in the video object can be reproduced redundantly between different cells in different PGC. Information relating to whether the video object is compressed by an MPEG2 is included in the cell time information, the time code table includes information relating to specified units, the cell time information includes information relating to the number of the specified units, and the information relating to whether the video object is compressed by the MPEG2 is included in a region different from the region in which the information relating to the number of the specified units is included.
