PURPOSE: An LED chip sorting device and a compensating unit thereof are provided to compensate a measurement error and easily find the cause of measurement errors. CONSTITUTION: A supplier(110) supplies an LED chip maintaining member where an LED chip is integrated. A test unit(130) measures the property of the provided LED chip. A sorting unit(150) classifies an LED chip according to the level based on the measurement result of an LED chip. A compensating unit(131) compensates the measurement result of the LED chip.
