摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a patient to call a health worker without hesitation while increasing the possibility for the health worker to respond to the call at the time desirable for the patient making the call. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A frequency information acquisition part 15 acquires the frequency of calls from patients as frequency information. If a busyness degree determining part 16 determines that the acquired frequency information is not more than a prescribed value, a notifying signal generating part 17 generates a notifying signal suggesting that the health worker is not so busy at the time and that the possibility for the health worker to immediately respond to the call is high, and outputs the signal to each nurse call slave unit 1 to notify the information in a notifying part 5 in the nurse call slave unit 1. With this structure, the patient can make a call for the health worker without hesitation. If a call is made by the patient, the frequency of calls from patients is low at the time, and therefore, the possibility for the health worker in response to the call to immediately respond to the call is high.
