<p>The present invention discloses a method, system and media gateway for reporting the media instance information, the method includes: the media gateway detects the received media data according to the set media instance detection event (101); the media gateway reports the media instance detection event when the media instance information is detected (102). The media gateway described in the embodiments of the present invention reports the detected media instance information related with the media data to the media gateway controller through the set media instance detection event, so the media gateway can detect the media instance information related with the media data, and can report the detected media instance information related with the media data to the media gateway controller, the media gateway controller can implement the control operation corresponding with the media instance information related with the media data, the application range of the media services is extended.</p> |
