摘要 <p>Disclosed is a photocurable composition which enables to efficiently produce a fine patterned body to which a fine pattern of a mold is transferred highly precisely. Specifically disclosed is a photocurable composition containing 5-60 parts by mass (in terms of solid content) of a colloidal silica having an average particle diameter of not more than 200 nm and 0.1-10 parts by mass of a photopolymerization initiator per 100 parts by mass of a photocurable monomer. This photocurable composition is characterized in that the photocurable monomer contains a polyfunctional monomer having three or more (meth)acryloyloxy groups in a molecule, and a bifunctional monomerhaving two (meth)acryloyloxy groups in a molecule. The photocurable composition is also characterized in that at least a part of the compounds belonging to the polyfunctional monomer or the bifunctional monomer has a hydroxy group, and the amount of the hydroxy groups relative to the total amount of the polyfunctional monomer and the bifunctional monomer is not less than 10%.</p>
