PURPOSE: A bicycle frame using bamboo and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to remarkably improve ride comfort by absorbing shock using own elastic force of bamboo. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a bicycle frame using bamboo is as follows. Multiple bamboos are cut in a uniform length. The cut bamboos are cut again in a longitudinal direction to form multiple bamboo bars. The bamboo bars are dried. An adhesive is spread on the dried bamboo bars, and the bamboo bars are formed in a bicycle frame shape.
