The invention relates to a method for adjusting either the measured signal or the activity calculated by the instrument, or a predetermined calibration curve (precalibration curve) for a medical-biology diagnosis test carried out on an instrument with precalibrated reagents, that comprises the following steps: (i) defining a standard signal or activity value for one or two calibration adjusters having a predetermined concentration or activity in a tested compound, and measuring for said adjuster the deviation between the standard signal or activity value and the value either of the signal measured by the instrument, or of the activity value calculated from the precalibration curve; and if the measured deviation has an acceptable value, (ii) adjusting the signal measured by the instrument or the values of the precalibration curve so that the value of the measured signal or the calculated activity on the precalibration curve for one or both adjusters is brought back to a signal or activity value identical to the standard signal or activity value determined in step (i) for the single adjuster or for both adjusters; (iii) applying the same adjustment as that described in (ii) to all the samples whose signal or activity is measured with said precalibrated reagents.
|
