<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quality management system capable of efficiently analyzing failure by utilizing quality information which lies in the range of the degree of design margin. <P>SOLUTION: A production server 100 receives and stores up production information and inspection information related to the production of an image forming apparatus 400 in a production line, and creates and stores warning occurrence ratio information related to the occurrence state of any failure in inspection included in the inspection information. Also, when receiving failure information from the image forming apparatus 400, a quality management server 200 searches correlation between the failure information of the same model as the image forming apparatus and the warning occurrence ratio information created by the production server 100, and determines treatment to the failure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
