<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide slide opening/closing type electronic equipment for achieving smooth slides by avoiding interference of springs for assisting slides. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic equipment includes: first portions 1, 8; second portions 2, 10 that can slide to the first portions and change angles to the first portions before and after the slide; a first fixed section 12 fixed to the first portions; a second fixed section 13 fixed to the second portions; and the spring 11 that is connected between the first and second fixed portions and assists the slide. The spring includes: a first edge 11a engaged with the first fixed section; and a second edge 11b engaged with the second fixed section.
