PURPOSE: A slave and a method for communicating between a slave and a master are provided to enable the access of a master to a slave by accurately and efficiently synchronizing. CONSTITUTION: When a master transmits a command, a CPU(24) inspects the command. The CPU inspects whether or not the mater completes the command transmitted before. According to the inspection results, an allowance signal for allowing the transmission of the command is generated. A storage unit(22) stores the data read and inputted according to the control of a CPU. The master transmits the command to the slave by responding to the allowance signal received from the slave.
