METHOD OF DESIGNATING DUAL REGION

PURPOSE: A method of designating a dual region is provided to minimize disconnection of a service when a moving user receivies the service of a heterogenous network, thereby guaranteeing mobility of the user. CONSTITUTION: A terminal calculates a Cl corresponding to data(S701). The terminal senses a pilot signal of network 2(S702). If a channel state value of network 2 is bigger than the CI, the terminal compares a channel state value of network 1 with the CI(S703,S704). If a network evaluation point of network 1 is bigger than Ch, the terminal designates a corresponding region as a dual region(S706,S707). The terminal communicates with network 1(S708).
