A seat reservation means 53 of a management server 51 of a seat reservation ticket issuing system 100 receives access from a customer terminal 31, specifies the advance ticket ID number 13 and the PIN code 15 by retrieving advance data 571 of a management database 57, presents a selection screen for a theater to be performed with appreciation, and a date or the like to the customer terminal 31, performs seat reservation processing, and makes a reservation number 711 be determined.
