PURPOSE: A base station and a base station system are provided to plan free installation without restriction of an external environment. CONSTITUTION: An RF front end unit(230) band-filters an upward link signal or a downlink signal. A transceiving unit(220) performs frequency down conversion after performing low noise amplification of the band-filtered uplink signal to output a frequency downlink conversion signal. An interface unit of a main unit(210) supports an interfacing function in an interfacing function and a daisy chain type with an ACR. A clock synchronizing unit generates a clock signal using a GPS signal or a synchronization message.
