PURPOSE: A PEGylated conjugated linoeic acid(CLA) is provided to enhance solubility of CLA an d to improve biocompatibility. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition having high anti-obesity activities contains phegylated linoleic acid(PCLA). The pharmaceutical composition further contains carrier, excipient, and diluent. A food composition contains linoleic acid as an active ingredient. The composition is used in the form of tablet, capsule, granule, and pill.
