<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating LC module that can easily provide an induction heating coil with a required flux content and current tolerance and a capacitor with a required capacity and that is compact and has high performance. <P>SOLUTION: The induction heating LC module includes a coil 1 which is laminated with a plurality of insulating bases 12 that are each formed with a coil conductor 13 formed in a spiral form. In the coil 1, one end of the coil conductor 13 is connected to an end electrode 15 that is formed along the peripheral end of the insulating base 12, the other end of the coil conductor 13 is connected to an interior electrode 16 formed in the center of the insulating base 12, the interior electrode 16 is formed around a through-hole 14 provided on the insulating base 12, and part of peripheral end of the insulating base 12 and the internal peripheral portion of the through-hole 14 are an electrode extraction portion. A capacitor 2 is formed by forming tabular electrodes 50 on the plurality of insulating bases 12 which are each formed with the coil conductor 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
