<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high deceleration with a simple structure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This speed reducer includes an input shaft 5 having an eccentric part 33 rotatably mounted on a housing 3 side, an inner planetary gear 51 and an outer planetary gear 53 relatively rotatably supported on the eccentric part 33 and that are coaxially integral, a fixed side gear part 11 provided on the housing 3 side and meshed with the outer planetary gear 53 so as to internally contact the outer planetary gear 53 partially in the circumferential direction, and an output shaft 7 having a movable side gear part 13 meshed with the inner planetary gear 51 so as to internally contact a portion of the inner planetary gear partially in the circumferential direction. High deceleration is obtained by a simple structure of the coaxially integral inner planetary gear 51 and the outer planetary gear 53, and the fixed side gear part 11 and the movable side gear part 13.
