PURPOSE: A sealing material reducing the initial investment expense and a substrate laminating apparatus using the same is provided to perform a sealing process of the two boards, a liquid crystal injection process and a sealing process. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum exhaust port exhausts space which two boards are formed in. The liquid crystal is inserted through the liquid crystal injection hole between two-boards. A frame(110) is arranged in the peripheral unit of the first substrate supporting part. The frame supports a second substrate support unit(130) and an ultraviolet ray irradiating unit(140). A pair of supports of the second substrate support unit supports the second substrate. A support transfer unit controls the interval of a pair of support stands. |
